DESCRIPTION:
Join our Finance Shared Services team and contribute to global healthcare advancements. As an AP/AR Representative I, you'll be part of our accounts payable department with opportunities for growth as you develop your qualifications and accounting expertise. This role offers flexible work arrangements.

You'll process financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor invoices, expense reports, and corporate credit card programs. You'll serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, resolving queries and providing guidance on financial processes. This position offers excellent career development potential with opportunities to expand into other areas of finance as you grow your skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
• No prior experience required, experience in a corporate environment, preferably in finance is preferred
• Preferred Fields of Study: Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional accounting certifications are a plus
• Strong English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Adaptability to changing business needs and ability to reprioritize workload
• Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
