Finance Analyst – Office of the CFO
Are you a recent graduate who’s curious about how senior leaders run a global business? Do you love organization, problem‑solving, and turning complex information into clear insights?
This is a unique early‑career opportunity to work directly with the Chief Financial Officer of a global energy company. As a Finance Analyst in the Office of the CFO, you’ll act as a trusted partner—gaining hands‑on exposure to finance, strategy, and executive operations while helping keep the leadership team focused, aligned, and moving forward.
You’ll collaborate closely with Finance leaders and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), learning how high‑impact decisions are made and executed at scale.
What You’ll Work On:
Finance & Business Operations
Support cross‑functional finance and business initiatives from planning through execution
Track priorities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Help develop management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Build visibility into KPIs, goals, and performance across the organization
Executive Partnership & Exposure
Serve as an operational right hand to the CFO
Help manage meeting flow, priorities, and preparation
Coordinate agendas, pre‑reads, and materials to ensure productive leadership meetings
Capture decisions and action items—and help ensure follow‑through (yes, you’ll help “wrangle the FLT”)
Partner with Executive Assistants across the ELT on scheduling, travel, and expenses
Maintain clean, consistent documentation with impeccable attention to detail
Communication & Presentation Excellence
Create polished, executive‑ready presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
Translate financial and operational data into clear, compelling insights
Support crisp, timely communication across teams and stakeholders
Bonus: Canva or visual design experience
Tools, Tech & Modern Productivity
Analyze and organize data using Excel (Pivot Tables included)
Use Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to draft content, summarize insights, and boost efficiency
Work across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Concur, and other enterprise systems
