Financial Analyst (Graduate)

Flutter is seeking a highly motivated recent accounting/finance graduate with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Financial Analyst within Group Financial Control. You will play a crucial role in delivering financial and management information to both internal and external parties. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of experts and actively contribute to the accurate accounting and reporting within the GFC team.
What You’ll Do
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Registered student with a recognised Accounting body
Minimum 1+ years' experience in a similar financial reporting environment
Strong academic credentials (e.g. honours degree)
Proven track record of consistent delivery in a similar role
Experience developing and implementing operational improvements
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Outstanding analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail
Comfortable working with high volumes of data in a highly automated environment
Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
Experience with Oracle ERP or similar financial systems
