The Opportunity:
The OCONUS Field Service Representative (FSR) provides technical support for deployed signal-processing systems at overseas locations. Responsibilities include maintaining several deployed systems worldwide, performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting hardware issues, supporting hardware replacements and installations, and assisting with next-generation system deployments. This position also requires documenting all FSR-related activities through the program ticketing system. Candidates must be flexible, adaptable to shifting mission requirements, and capable of ensuring the continuous operation of both current and future systems.

Responsibilities:
Full time residence in Kuwait; however, must maintain flexibility to support reassignment within CENTCOM AOR based on changing priorities
             100% of time deployed to OCONUS locations
             Remotely monitor the health and status of deployed systems
             Support logistics operations and assist with asset management
             Help manage spare equipment pools to ensure accountability and availability
             Immediately escalate hardware issues or system outages to leadership
             Assist with managing tickets and tracking hardware issues in the Jira system
             Perform Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS)
             Conduct hardware replacements and upgrades
             Monitor and maintain system hardware and software
             Troubleshoot technical problems and determine corrective actions
             Conduct or assist units with site surveys for future system installations
             Provide refresher training to operators when required
             Support customer operations and system administrator personnel


Qualifications:

Required: 

Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues
             Hands-on experience maintaining hardware systems, including cable repair
             Linux system administration experience
             CompTIA Security+ certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
             Physically able to deploy regularly and perform tasks such as lifting, racking, and stacking equipment (up to 70 lbs)
             Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch


Desired:
Prior military or DoD/DoW experience
             Experience as a traveling Field Service Representative
             Experience maintaining servers, network systems, or communication equipment
             SIGINT background
             College degree or equivalent technical certifications

Travel: 100% OCONUS travel required

Clearance: Active TS, with SCI eligibility

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
