Position Purpose
The Field Service Executive works closely with customers to implement best‑practice asset management solutions and help them optimize their supply chains. The role focuses on maximizing asset productivity by ensuring efficient asset flows throughout the assigned region, including the correct allocation and effective use of CHEP equipment.
** YOUR MISSION ** – WHAT WILL YOU DO? **
Manage empty stocks at retail and co-ordinate with all involved departments (Planning, Logistic Execution, Carrier Management, Back Office) the collection of pallets
Manage and implementation of agreements to recover CHEP material to drive efficiency
Execution of action- and visit plans based on detailed customer- and KPI analysis of own accounts
Development and execution of actions to minimize equipment losses (NCD- locations, Blue Codes, etc.)
Support in implementation of actions at the retailers in line with Retail local strategy
Execution and co-ordination of physical audits
Close cooperation with Commercial and Supply Chain Team to ensure support and information flow between departments
Participation in current department projects and other tasks delegated by Line manager
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** :
Supply chain or business qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, logistics, debt collection or direct work with clients
Experience in B2B preferred
Results-based skill set with strong influencing and negotiating skills
Driving license B category
Ability to travel across the Czech Republic
English and Czech are essential
