The support team works to ensure that customers love us and love our products. We are accountable for customers’ success and positive experience with Carbon3D. Field Service Engineers work with our Service and Engineering teams to address issues at customer sites.
This role reports to the Field Service Engineering Manager. We are looking to hire someone currently located in Germany.
