About Us

Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. Modern software is complex and dependency-rich, making it increasingly difficult to pinpoint the risks that truly matter. Endor Labs solves this challenge by building a call graph of your entire software estate—enabling teams to clearly identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster.

Trusted by companies that are one or one hundred years old, Endor Labs secures code whether it was written by humans or AI, and whether it's 40-year old C++ code or cutting edge Bazel Monorepos. Endor Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, and is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures.

The Role

You're a creative event marketer who knows how to make a brand impossible to ignore. Whether it's a packed trade show floor, a developer meetup, or a community hackathon, you design experiences that people leave talking about. You bring 5+ years of hands-on event experience, a knack for vendor negotiation and the kind of outside-the-box thinking that cuts through a noisy industry. You embrace AI to work smarter, and you're happy to travel up to 40% of the time including internationally  to bring it all to life.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Design and deliver creative, standout event experiences from major trade shows and conferences to community meetups, owned events and developer-focused activations that cut through industry noise and make Endor Labs memorable.
  • Own the full event lifecycle across the U.S. and international including venue scouting, negotiations, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Build and nurture developer community programs. Think unconventional formats, meetups, hands-on activities and activations that earn genuine engagement rather than badge scans.
  • Collaborate across departments to craft event narratives that resonate with technical audiences and align with company goals.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, finding resourceful ways to maximize impact.
  • Partner with the demand generation team on event promotion across social media, email, community channels and direct outreach to drive attendance and meaningful engagement.
  • Manage production of event materials from booth design and swag to digital assets with an eye for detail and always trying to raise the bar.
  • Track and report on event performance, using data and attendee feedback to continuously iterate and experiment with new approaches.
  • Coordinate team logistics for external events, including travel, registrations, and material shipments.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of direct experience planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, community events, or developer-focused activations.
  • Experience in developer relations, developer community building, or technical community engagement and cybersecurity is a strong plus
  • Experience with tools such as SalesForce, WebFlow, Asana, Hubspot and Canva
  • A creative spark and a track record of outside-the-box thinking. You’ve designed event experiences that made people stop, pay attention, and remember the brand long after the conference floor closed.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple events and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You build relationships easily with vendors, sponsors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • You see AI as a creative collaborator and you're always experimenting with new ways to utilise it
  • Experience managing event budgets with a proven ability to deliver high-impact results within allocated resources.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally.
