About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Federation Account Manager to strengthen our growing Indirect Partner Channel. In this role, you will focus on developing and managing relationships with federations and similar partner networks, helping to expand our reach and drive commercial growth through indirect sales.
As a Federation Account Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for our federation partners, supporting them in representing our employee benefits solutions to their members. You will nurture partnerships, build new ones, provide training and tools, and ensure ongoing engagement to maximize mutual success.
This role combines elements of account management, partner enablement, commercial development, and collaborative sales—making it ideal for a driven professional who excels at building trust, spotting opportunities, and turning potential into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Management
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with federation partners.
- Act as the primary contact for partner needs, inquiries, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure partners are well-supported and equipped to promote and resell our solutions effectively.
2. Partner Development & Acquisition
- Identify and engage new federation partners to expand our indirect channel network.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring new partners understand our value proposition, processes, and tools.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Partnership Manager to develop scalable approaches to partnership growth.
3. Sales Strategy & Performance Tracking
- Assist in the creation and implementation of commercial strategies to meet indirect sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, track partner activities, and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Highlight opportunities for improvement and help resolve potential obstacles in current processes.
4. Partner Marketing & Lead Generation
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and distribute partner-facing collateral, campaigns, and promotional material.
- Support federation partners in executing marketing activities aimed at lead generation within their networks.
- Provide insights and best practices to help partners maximize business opportunities.
5. Training & Enablement
- Organize and deliver training sessions, product demos, and webinars tailored to the needs of federation partners.
- Ensure partners are regularly informed about new product updates, features, promotions, and industry insights.
- Develop sales tools and knowledge resources that empower partners in their outreach efforts.
6. Events & Brand Promotion
- Represent the company at relevant events, fairs, and federation-hosted activities.
- Actively promote our brand, solutions, and partner programs to increase visibility and engagement.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in account management, partner management, sales, or business development—preferably within the HR, services, or employee benefits sectors.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage, persuade, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for partnership-driven growth.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable delivering presentations, demos, and webinars.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and other sales/marketing software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Having a network within Belgian federations is a plus
Desirable:
- Fluency in French and Dutch, with a good level of English.
- Experience working with federations, professional associations, or indirect sales channels.
