DESCRIPTION:
Join our organization as a Facilities Specialist and contribute to maintaining and optimizing our facilities. You'll ensure the smooth operation of critical infrastructure while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you'll manage building systems, coordinate with vendors, oversee maintenance activities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll maintain critical equipment including Airconditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, security system. You'll coordinate preventive maintenance, handle repairs, manage vendor/landlord relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role offers opportunities to contribute to facility upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and process improvements while developing your facilities management expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Diploma in facilities management or related technical competency.
• Minimum 5 years of work experiences.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• Industry certifications in facilities management, trades, or relevant technical areas are a plus.
• Knowledge of building systems including Airconditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, security system.
• Good understanding of safety work practices, ISO/regulatory compliances and GMP requirement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint...etc.)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, P&IDs, and system schematic.
• Experience in managing vendor or landlord relationships and coordinating maintenance works,
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.
• Available for emergency response and occasional off-hours support.
• Physical ability to perform inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
