Education
University degree and above.
Experience
At least 5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational company, with a strong preference for candidates with headhunter/agency background.
Other skills
Demonstrated success in sourcing for R&D or other critical roles; experience in high-tech industries is a plus.
Solid knowledge and experience in other areas of Human Resources Management is an advantage.
Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to develop positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, innovative, independent, and proactive; a strong team player who can work under pressure.
Excellent candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
Experience in employer branding, event planning, or related activities is highly desirable.
Computer literacy and fluency in both English and Chinese.
