工作职责:

·        办公室内务管理(办公环境,清洁 & 绿植等)

·        办公室耗品采购管理(文具, 饮用水,茶水间耗品等)

·        办公室文件资料整理管理

·        办公固定资产管理

·        接待会议跟进

·        供应商资料管理

·        月度报表准备及分析

·        确保定期的客户满意度考核达到要求

·        其他上级安排的事务

考核指标: 

·        客户的满意度

·        个人绩效评估

岗位要求:

·        本科以上学历,主修酒店管理,物业管理或其他相关专业

·        工作积极主动,具有团队精神

·        具有良好的沟通协调能力及文字汇报能力

·        熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用

·        良好的英文读写能力,通过英语四级

·        能承受工作压力

·        有能力在同一时间管理并计划好多个工作任务
