Provides complex administrative support to facility operations, exercising considerable discretion and independent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information. Coordinates various programs under the California Unruh Civil Rights Act and other laws addressing the rights of people with disabilities. Serves as the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking facilities support and information. Provides administrative support to the Facilities organization, manage office functions including: work order coordination, security badge and access assignments, database management, daily office operations, coordination of budgeting/accounting systems, maintaining office records, and providing general support services for the divisional staff. May oversee outside contractors in support of the Facilities Department, including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support.Job Description:
EDUCATION:

Pay Range is $45.93 to $59.70 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
