This position is site-based and may be located at any of the following sites: Auburn, WA; Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Huntington Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA or Seattle, WA.
As a Facilities Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development of the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP), contributing to strategic decision-making, planning, and financial analysis for the GREF portfolio.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with a diverse team of experienced professionals, including planners, project managers, finance specialists, maintenance experts, business partners, and GREF leaders, to advance the LRBP. Key responsibilities include defining and analyzing project-level demand to inform the LRBP and planning cycles, ensuring data validation and maintenance, providing regular reports to leadership, identifying opportunities for process improvement and facilitating training initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:
Analyze and validate project-level inputs (i.e. project scope, schedule, financial forecast) for LRBP demand planning
Review project-level data for quality and timeliness, and facilitate data revisions and maintenance
Summarize and prepare information for reporting to leadership
Improve and communicate LRBP-related processes and standards to facilitate thorough understanding of requirements
Prepare training materials and conduct kick-off meetings with stakeholders
Participate in special projects, as needed
Facilitate team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of processes
Analyze trend data to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop resolution plans for buildings, equipment, systems, processes, and procedures
Make recommendations and implements improvements
Prepare and present reports explaining options, impact and recommendations
Ensure that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment and documents
Deliver process training and support the creation of training materials
Perform problem resolution in support of business operations by investigating, developing and preparing alternatives, impact statements and recommendations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience partnering and working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
3+ years of experience with project management or construction management
3+ years of experience developing strategic Long Range Business Plans
3+ years of experience with financial forecasting
Experience in a role that required a detail-oriented mind-set with strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in program management or construction management
5+ years of experience in financial forecasting and long-range planning
5+ years of experience aggregating data from multiple sources, performing analysis and synthesizing information
3+ years of experience with construction estimating tools, capital approval processes and large- scale funding cycles
