Executive IT Support Analyst

The Team:

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Provide comprehensive 24/7 technical support to senior leadership, executives, including remote assistance during off-business hours and dedicated onsite support.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between senior leadership, executives and their assistants, maintaining regular touchpoints to ensure seamless technology operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions in clear, non-technical language to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Support onsite and offsite events, including board meetings, executive town halls, global summits, and hybrid meetings, ensuring seamless audio/video and collaboration experiences.
  • Manage and support laptops/desktops (Windows/macOS), iOS/Android mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Maintain and manage computer asset inventory, ensuring that all equipment is set up and maintained within required specifications.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges, leveraging strong influencing skills to drive swift resolutions.
  • Handle confidential executive information with the highest level of discretion while maintaining detailed documentation and organizational systems.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with focus on executive-level technical assistance, VIP support, or white-glove IT services.
  • Strong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to provide exceptional support experiences and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in productivity software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms such as Teams, Zoom or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, or Microsoft Teams for technical meeting support.
  • Ability to work under pressure, travel as needed, and deliver flawless technical execution for high-stakes events.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,453 to $122,232. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
