Creative Leadership
Develop and lead world-class, integrated creative ideas that power the "Imagine That" brand platform across every medium — from broadcast to digital and beyond.
Be a hands-on concept shaper: generate, refine, and guide breakthrough ideas from concept through execution.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Creative to translate strategic goals into emotionally resonant, culturally relevant work.
Champion a balance of brand storytelling through to performance-driven creative, ensuring every execution drives both inspiration and impact.
Lead high-profile initiatives that re-define how Xfinity connects with audiences through experiences, partnerships, and innovation.
Omnichannel Collaboration
Partner cross-functionally with strategy, media, and experience design teams to ensure creative coherence across the full customer journey.
On occasion, work with external agency partners to inspire integrated campaigns that align with Xfinity’s national challenger mindset.
Collaborate with retail, digital, and content teams to deliver consistent brand experiences across owned and paid channels.
Integrate insights, data, and cultural trends into the creative process to ensure the work is both meaningful and modern.
Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of art directors, copywriters, designers, and content creators within a growing creative department.
Foster a creative culture grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and accountability — where bold ideas thrive.
Nurture and develop talent, encouraging experimentation and professional growth.
Partner with the VP of Creative, Head of Strategy, and Production leads to set the creative bar for the organization.
13+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably across top-tier agencies or in-house teams.
A proven portfolio of integrated, omnichannel work that demonstrates conceptual excellence and measurable impact.
Deep understanding of storytelling across digital, social, experiential, and emerging media.
Strong presentation and communication skills; capable of inspiring confidence with senior stakeholders.
Experience partnering with external agencies and internal teams on large-scale, high-visibility campaigns.
Track record of leading creative that shifts perception and drives growth.
A hands-on creative leader who thrives in the work — concepting, shaping, and elevating ideas daily.
Strategic yet imaginative; able to translate insights into bold creative expressions.

Primary Location Pay Range: $208,239.14 - $312,358.72Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
