About the Role

The US Wealth team is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support and strengthen the sales function of the firm’s wealth distribution team. This role will directly support the Director of Intermediary Distribution, National Sales Manager, and the External Wholesaler team focused on servicing and growing our client base.

The Executive Assistant plays an integral part of our distribution strategy, collaborating across various teams, to support the evolution of the Wealth space. The EA also works closely with other assistants in the group and on their team to meet the needs of the business. This position works with the US Wealth team on a day-to-day basis but is also part of the Client Platform’s broader administrative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include:

· Diligent and proactive calendar management in Outlook for senior professionals

· Meeting coordination including Outlook meeting requests, conference room booking, security clearance, catering

· Database maintenance in Salesforce

· Meeting preparation including gathering and distributing materials

· Travel coordination with our travel agency including transportation and hotel bookings

· Expense reimbursement in Workday

· Diligent coverage of email

· Assistance with a variety of department and team projects

QUALIFICATIONS

· Undergraduate degree

· Minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant administrative experience

· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Strong service orientation; reliable, consistent, proactive

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, prioritizing effectively

· Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

· Solid work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to use good business judgment and maintain confidentiality

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:

USD 60,000 - 110,000

This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.   

 

Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
