The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-orientated and customer-focused Service Co-Ordinator to join our Exceed® Window & Door Hardware Maintenance business in New Zealand.
This role plays a key part in supporting customers and Franchise Owners by ensuring smooth coordination of parts, products and service processes.
The role focuses on delivering efficient operational support, maintaining accurate order and invoicing processes, and ensuring customers can access the right products for repair and replacement. You will manage enquiries, provide timely updates and work closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver a high standard of customer experience.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support day-to-day operations, maintain service levels and contribute to the overall success of the Exceed® business.
Location: NZ Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060)
Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday
Fixed term: 8 months (until December 2026)
