Required Education, Certifications and Experience:
Education:
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
Required 5+ Years In a project management role overseeing large and/or complex meetings and conferences
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using Cvent or similar platforms for speaker management
Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications quickly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to pivot and adapt to changing circumstances
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and within teams
Strategic decision-making under pressure
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Comfort making informed recommendations to leadership
Certifications & Licenses:
