About the Team and Role:
As our Event Manager, EMEA at Klaviyo, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life across one of the world’s most diverse and fast-evolving regions. You’ll help deliver exceptional event experiences that connect, inspire, and engage our customers, prospects and partners. 

This is an opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the execution of a wide range of events, from flagship conferences to bespoke partner activations, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every touchpoint resonates locally, and delivers impact.

You’ll partner with our Events and Partner Marketing teams to help elevate Klaviyo’s event presence across one of our most dynamic and diverse regions. This isn’t a typical event marketing role, EMEA spans multiple countries, languages, and levels of digital maturity, demanding a hyper-local, culturally intelligent approach to every event, from flagship conferences to intimate roundtables and partner activations.

How You’ll Make a Difference
Event Planning & Execution

  • Transform workflows by putting AI at the centre, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
  • Partner with global and regional event strategy teams to support the planning and execution of Klaviyo’s event calendar across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand vision
  • Help coordinate and deliver a portfolio of events, including owned, sponsored, and partner marketing events, that reach our target audiences in key EMEA markets
  • Support the end-to-end execution of events, from content development and logistics to vendor management and on-site delivery, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Klaviyo’s brand and resonates locally
  • Assist with event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting to ensure operational excellence and measurable impact.

Partner Marketing Events

  • Collaborate with the Partner Marketing team to help execute all partner-led and co-marketing events across the region, including industry conferences, community meetups, and bespoke partner activations
  • Work with partners, influencers, and customers to amplify event reach and impact, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality experiences
  • Support the activation of customer stories and speakers at partner events, working closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams

Regional Activations

  • Help deliver customer-centric experiences, from executive dinners and roundtables to community activations, tailored to the unique needs of each sub-region.
  • Assist in identifying and activating local partners and customers to enhance event engagement and relevance
  • Support the execution of events tied to product launches and key go-to-market moments, ensuring events are leveraged to drive awareness and adoption

Regional Nuance

  • Navigate the unique legal, linguistic, and cultural complexities of EMEA, from GDPR and event consent processes to differing expectations around hospitality and networking.
  • Tailor event formats, content, and experiences to reflect regional trends and audience preferences (e.g., sustainability in Nordics, luxury retail in France/Italy, omnichannel innovation in the UK)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with all marketing functions and also cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to ensure event execution aligns with business priorities and delivers value for attendees and Klaviyo
  • Partner with the Lifecycle, Web, Digital and Content teams to extend the impact of events through digital channels, social media, and post-event content
  • Bring the voice of the customer and market into event execution, ensuring every event delivers a memorable and meaningful experience.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of B2B events experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing (managing in-person, digital and hybrid events), ideally within the software or technology sector
  • Willing and able to to travel around the UK and across EMEA, approx. 30-40 days per year
  • You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.
  • Deep knowledge of the EMEA region, with a proven ability to adapt global event plans to suit local market realities
  • Experience supporting the execution of a range of event formats, from large-scale conferences to bespoke partner and executive experiences
  • Strong project manager with a track record of delivering complex events on time and on budget
  • Creative thinker with a passion for designing engaging, memorable experiences that drive business results
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging senior-level customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-time-zone collaboration
  • Passionate about customer-centric marketing and using events to inspire, educate, and connect

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
£48,000£72,000 GBP
