As we continue strengthening our ethical culture and ensuring that our operations meet the highest compliance and privacy standards, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Ethics, Compliance & Privacy Specialist to join our team in Argentina.

This role is key to reinforcing Ferring’s commitment to integrity, transparency, and responsible data management across all operations.

Your day at Ferring

• Co-design and implement Compliance and Privacy policies aligned with global standards and local regulations.
• Participate in internal investigations, providing analysis and proposing corrective actions.
• Maintain and update the company’s risk matrix, monitoring mitigation plans and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Review and evaluate third-party due diligence, assessing risks and defining adequate controls.
• Lead and support internal communication and training initiatives to strengthen our ethical culture.
• Collaborate in the evaluation of internal processes and external vendors to ensure compliance with data privacy frameworks, including GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Law.

Behind our integrity… There’s you

• Certification in Ethics and Compliance.
• Degree in Law, Business Law, Compliance, or related fields.
• Proven experience in similar roles within regulated industries or multinational environments.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: experience with tools such as AI, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.

• Ethical leadership and a strong sense of integrity in every decision.
• Strategic thinking to anticipate risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to train and influence internal teams.
