We’re looking for a charismatic, outgoing, people-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Outside Sales / Account Manager. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals coming from hospitality, retail, customer service, or other people-centric environments who are excited to build a long-term career in staffing, sales, and client management.
No prior sales experience is required — we hire for personality, grit, and potential. In this role, you will build your own book of business by identifying new clients (“hunting”) and managing and growing the accounts you bring in (“farming”).
