Schedule service task with MVM and coordinate on the monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump and water treatment including annual chiller ASD & quarterly legionella test.
Obtain updates on the service progress and parameter summary update from operator.
Attend site meeting with MVM and provide advice on operational related matter.
Update daily staff attendance (Operator) in chiller plant.
Provide report compilation for the executive report for chiller plant:
Service task completion
Monthly summary of power usage report
Summary of water and electrical usage report
Cover other site (DLP,PSA & O&M) as requested by Service Account Manager
Create quotation for service team
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
