Job Summary
Unified Communications Engineering is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (E4) delivering quality products who also understands the direct impact of their work on the customer experience. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead infrastructure automation and hybrid‑cloud operations across OpenStack‑based on‑premise environments and cloud‑native platforms. You will provide technical expertise in Kubernetes, OpenStack, infrastructure‑as‑code, and CI/CD, applying strong Linux and containerization practices to build functional, secure systems that deploy various applications and services. You will work with development and operations teams to design, build, and manage infrastructure, processes, and systems that accelerate delivery while upholding reliability, security, and compliance.

The role offers an exceptional learning opportunity, allowing you to expand your skills and expertise in a supportive environment alongside our cross‑functional international team comprising architects, principal engineers, UX and data specialists, UI and middleware developers, operations and QA engineers, software development managers, and project and program managers.
