The role

Engage directly with customer stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, present solution designs, and align technical outcomes with business goals. Act as the primary technical contact, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

- Solution architecture and design in a manufacturing or industrial environment, Designing and integrating MoM solutions, IT service management concepts
- Translate requirements specifications into IT Manufacturing solutions in alignment with existing services and standard technology components.
- Define technical solution documentation, including architectural diagrams, design and integration specifications, data structures, and system documentation.
- Responsible for the requirements management process. Ensure that the final solution meets business objectives.
- Work together with the testing team to validate that the solution is fit for use.
- Determine non-functional requirements and ensure service/solution operation standards are considered accordingly.
- Engage in requirements engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, which functionality enhancements are needed, and for which functionalities workarounds are acceptable.
- Formulate design rules, principles, and guidelines to guide the development of the technical solutions.
- Support the Run organization in the incident and problem resolution when technical expertise is required.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, automation engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in solution architecture and design in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of ISA95, Lean manufacturing, Kanban, JIT, MTO, MTS, Job, batch, and mass production methods.
- Extensive knowledge of designing and integrating MoM solutions
- Thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Fluent English language, written and spoken
- An estimated 20% travel
