DuPont Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead distribution planning and end‑to‑end supply planning and execution for toll manufacturing and contract manufacturing operations supporting the EMEA and APAC regions.

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for utilizing the SKU (product by location) level demand forecasts and orders to generate the SKU replenishment plans to control the physical distribution of the right finished product to the right location at the right time in the right quantity to meet the stated customer service levels while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Additionally, the individual in this role ensures uninterrupted material flow to and from contract manufacturers, accurate lead‑time modeling, and alignment between demand, supply, logistics, and manufacturing partners. The planner serves as the primary supply chain interface between regional stakeholders, procurement, logistics, and external manufacturing partners to meet customer service, inventory, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own supply planning for tolling and contract manufacturing flows across EMEA and APAC.

  • Coordinate raw material supply, production schedules, and finished goods availability with contract manufacturers.

  • Ensure clear ownership and execution of supplier‑to‑Contract Manufacturer and Contract Manufacturer‑to‑distribution flows.

  • Support onboarding of new tolling arrangements, including supply chain design, lead‑time setup, and execution readiness.

  • Develop and maintain feasible supply plans that balance demand requirements, Contract Manufacturing capacity, and inventory targets.

  • Translate demand signals into executable production and replenishment plans for contract manufacturing sites.

  • Manage regional distribution requirements, including intercompany and export flows.

  • Identify and mitigate supply risks related to long lead times, capacity constraints, or supplier dependencies.

  • Maintain accurate planning master data (lead times, sourcing lanes, minimum order quantities, and lot sizes).

  • Partner with procurement, logistics, and IT to ensure SAP/OMP planning models reflect physical supply chain flows.

  • Drive continuous improvement in lead‑time accuracy and planning parameters.

  • Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs including service level, lead time, inventory health, and schedule adherence.

  • Support root‑cause analysis for delivery misses and planning deviations.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce complexity, cost, and cycle time.

  • Act as a key interface between regional commercial teams, procurement, logistics, quality, and manufacturing partners.

  • Support S&OP / IBP processes with scenario analysis and supply risk assessments.

  • Communicate supply constraints, mitigation actions, and recovery plans clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in supply planning, production planning, or distribution planning.

  • Hands‑on experience supporting tolling or contract manufacturing supply chains.

  • Strong understanding of international supply chains, particularly EMEA and APAC.

  • Experience working with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, OMP, APO, or similar).

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑region supply networks.

  • APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

  • Previous exposure to healthcare industry is preferred.
