Electrical Instrumentation Automation Maintenance Planner

As an EIA Maintenance Planner, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our mission by ensuring the right work is planned the right way—before a wrench ever turns. Your planning expertise helps maximize plant reliability, control costs, and keep our Bartow facility operating at its best.
What you’ll do
Plan and prepare detailed maintenance job packages that clearly define scope, sequencing, labor, tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete work safely and efficiently
Support preventative maintenance programs and plan work based on site-generated maintenance work orders
Collaborate closely with the Scheduler, Material Coordinator, and operations and maintenance partners to deliver high-quality, execution-ready job plans
Provide cost estimates and resource alignment to support effective maintenance execution
Review feedback from completed work and continuously improve future plans based on execution results
Follow up on job plans to ensure accuracy, organization, and readiness for execution
Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations
What you’ll need
High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree (technical or engineering preferred) with 1 year of industrial maintenance experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), and scheduling tools
Solid understanding of plant equipment and maintenance standards
Demonstrated communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment
Bonus points if you have the following:
Experience with SAP, PI, OIS, and Kronos
Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared, motor circuit analysis, ultrasound, and root cause failure analysis
