1、客户关系管理
• 负责发展公司地位和客户群体市场
• 保证客户开发、利润、客户满意度及忠诚度。
• 跟进客户战略计划。
• 确定和建立与关键决策者以及潜在新客户的关系,推进目标及影响力。
2、销售管理
• 负责领导销售过程。
• 负责确保结果(订单,合同,盈利能力和市场价格变化)。
• 设置销售目标\预估市场潜力符合公司战略规划。
• 确保销售团队达成短期和长期目标。
• 执行建议定价,核准团队招标。
3、团队管理
• 领导销售团队,管理团队绩效
• 确保足够资源来实现短期和长期目标
岗位要求
1、原则上本科学历及以上
2、了解销售周期、客户的购买策略、销售、谈判、报告和漏斗管理。
3、了解业务规划和控制
4、销售/销售管理经验
5、客户关系管理经验
6、人员领导和管理经验
