Overview
The Deposit/Withdrawal at Custodian (DWAC) Exchange Analyst is responsible for overseeing the entire DWAC exchange process. This involves conducting legal reviews of transfer documents, analyzing security fungibility, reviewing indentures, processing exchanges within internal systems, and obtaining DTC approval. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure seamless and compliant security transfers.

What You’ll Do
Fungibility review of securities
Security transfer requirements document review
Exchange processing within internal and external applications
End of day reporting and reconciliation
Adhering to internal controls and regulatory compliance

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jackonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $40,000 to $68,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
