EDM/PMAC Operator (EPO)
Job description
EPO’s job may involve managing huge operational works at a time and allocating the
relevant amount of time according to the value of the job.
• EDM/PMAC Operator and Iteration Manager (EPO) is responsible with managing,
maintaining and operating of all Electronic Direct Marketing (EDMs) messages
conjunction with Consumer Retention Manager.
• EPO works on Oracle Responsys platform and to be able to set, maintain and send
eDMs as requested by Renewal Business Manager.
• EPO is responsible with managing, maintaining and operating of PMAC, direct
messaging platform conjunction with Renewal Business Manager.
• EPO should have following abilities.

• EPO is responsible to help build and maintain a smooth-running software
development and delivery team, and improving the operation of the team in line
with Agile best practice
• Identifies resources the team will need to successfully deliver a project (i.e.
people, tools and environments) Ensure the team understands their tasks,
responsibilities, & deadlines within the iteration
• Track iteration progress (day-to-day work), report obstacles, make sure iterations
commitment will be fulfilled, point out bottlenecks in the delivery process
• Provide Agile specific project status reporting, e.g. Iteration Burn-down & Release
Burn-up charts and Feature progress
• Works with Product Owners to define goals of releases/iterations via the use of
agile inceptions to ensure releases are well planned, structured and estimated
using agile techniques
• Interfaces with Product Owners for clarifications & prioritisations
• For the overall project, build a team environment with people working together
towards common goal and focusing on team morale, encourages an enjoyable
working atmosphere and tracks team satisfaction
• Meeting e-commerce, renewal managers and marketing managers to discuss the
business objectives and requirements of the job.
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing internal quotes
(T&M) for Trend Micro ANZ online business.
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Working as part of a team with web developers, copywriters, e-commerce,
renewal and marketing managers, web developers and marketing specialists.
• Reporting the results
• All other duties asked by Director Online Sales – Consumer Business.

• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
