The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Edge Technology Deployment Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment, configuration, and integration edge stack technologies across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive seamless implementation and alignment with enterprise strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Provide hands-on technical support during installation, configuration, and integration of factory edge technologies.
  • Work with vendors to ensure alignment of edge technologies with factory needs, system integration, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with DT teams to align edge technology deployments with IT and OT strategies.
  • Partner with enterprise-level teams to align factory deployments with corporate initiatives, policies, and roadmaps.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Track deployment milestones to ensure timely execution and delivery of project objectives across sites.
  • Ensure all deployed technologies comply with RTX policies, cybersecurity protocols, and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on deployment status, challenges, resolutions, and performance metrics.
  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
  • Travel 30%.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical deployments, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support.
  • Proficient in multiple Operating Systems- Windows Server, Linux Servers, Windows 10/11, and Linux workstations OS.
  • Proficient in storage technologies- NAS, SAN, and Hyperconverged environments.
  • Experienced with hypervisors and Kubernetes Platforms- VMware, Hyper-V, AKS, Openshift, etc.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting applications.
  • Familiar with public cloud platforms- Azure, AWS, and OCI.
  • Familiar with administration and troubleshooting database
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience participating in multiple concurrent projects.
  • Supported manufacturing environments leveraging I4.0 frameworks
  • Familiar with Enterprise and Manufacturing Applications
