Compensation: $114,250.00-$121,186.56 (Tessera's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)

Tessera is seeking an EAM Data Manager who thrives on precision and organization. In this role, you’ll oversee the management of data within our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and accessible. Your work will directly support the goals of our EAM program—optimizing asset performance, extending asset lifecycles, and driving operational efficiency.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Establish and maintain data governance frameworks for EAM data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the organization.
Oversee the input, maintenance, and updates of asset and maintenance data in EAM systems. Ensure comprehensive documentation and data lineage.
Develop and implement reports and dashboards to visualize data and provide insights into asset performance and maintenance activities. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
Work closely with IT, maintenance, operations, and finance teams to gather requirements and promote data-driven decision-making across departments.
Provide training and support to staff on EAM systems and best practices for data management. Promote awareness of data quality standards and procedures.
Identify opportunities for improving EAM processes and systems. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring alignment with data management goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in data management, Information Systems, or related fied (Equivalent combination of experience and education allowed).
Minimum of 3 years in Data Management/closely related field.
Strong understanding of EAM systems (Maximo) and data governance principles.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 ounds.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
Requirements:
A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
