Job Description​

The Donor Relations Manager is responsible for developing and driving an effective donor relations program that supports the mission of Saint Luke’s.

  •  Key Responsibilities

    Board Management

  • Develops and implements annual and long term goals, objectives, and strategies to engage civic leaders serving on Saint Luke’s boards and committees
  • Plans and executes Foundation Board and Committee meetings
    • Organizes and helps manage meeting materials such as agendas, resolutions, crafts board minutes, etc.
    • Coordinates guest speakers/meeting content, and ensures the Foundation exceeds expectations of members
  • Plans and executes engagement opportunities in coordination with the Foundation President and team
  • Works in collaboration with institutional executive staff to support the various boards and committees within Saint Luke’s
  • Relationship Management

  • Responsible for providing leadership and support for the work of the Foundation Board and Committees, comprised of civic, business, nonprofit and philanthropic leaders who are external Saint Luke’s advocates and ambassadors 
  • Manages a portfolio of donor relationships
  • Collaborates with the Foundation team to strategically cultivate opportunities, secure meaningful gifts, and ensure thoughtful stewardship
  • Strategic Communication

  • Oversees all outboard communication to board members in coordination with Foundation President and team

Applicable Experience:

3-5 years

Bachelor's Degree
