The salary range for this role is $52,720.00 to $65,900.00. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

Are you energized by building relationships, growing brands, and making a measurable impact in your community? As the Toronto Core East On Premise District Manager, you will lead the growth of our portfolio across a dynamic and influential hospitality territory, restaurants, bars, clubs etc.)  Reporting to the On-Premise Sales Manager, you’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver sales results, strengthen partnerships, and elevate brand presence. What you’ll do

  • Build and execute a structured call cycle across a defined Toronto Core East On Premise territory to maximize distribution, visibility, and sales growth.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned to regional and company objectives.
  • Develop clear territory action plans in partnership with the Senior National On Premise Sales Manager, tracking progress through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Execute company On Premise standards and apply the Corby Approach to Selling during every customer interaction.
  • Manage and optimize your promotional budget to ensure investment levels generate strong and measurable return on investment.
  • Monitor and report competitive activity and market insights in a timely manner to support agile decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate administrative reporting and territory documentation to support transparency and performance tracking.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience; hospitality or beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a territory-based role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to travel within the territory (company vehicle provided).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
