What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time delivery.
- Coordinate scheduling, routing, and resource allocation to meet customer needs.
- Support drivers with real‑time problem solving and clear communication.
- Monitor operational data and proactively address service or safety concerns.
- Build strong relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic dispatch and office environment, requiring frequent communication with drivers, customers, and operational teams. Periodic field visits may be part of the role to support operational understanding and effectiveness.
