The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

Designs and facilitates disaster recovery exercises to validate enterprise readiness, identify gaps, and strengthen organizational response capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and conduct tabletop, functional, and full-scale recovery exercises.
  • Coodinate lofistics, communications, and stakeholder participation.
  • Capture lessons learned and oversee corrective-action tracking.
  • Maintain exercise schedules and post-event reports.
  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
  • Travel 30%.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years experience.
  • 3+ years coordinating DR, continuity, or emergency exercises.
  • Strong organization, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Certified Exercise Practitioner (FEMA HSEEP) or equivalent.
  • DRII Certified Business Continuity Professional or ISO 22398 training.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale or multi-site exercise.
  • Skilled in after-action reporting and improvement planning.
