What is the Opportunity?

Business Aligned Services is the face of Technology Infrastructure (TI) for our lines of Business. Opportunity to join a dynamic and talented business office, comprising of diverse skillsets and experience. The role will enable strong relationships to be forged across TI and Business lines alike. The successful applicant will become a trusted adviser to senior leaders and shape strategic priorities.

What will you do?

  • Lead Finance Controls and Governance function for Tech Infrastructure, including ownership of TI Investment Review Board and SVP approval process.

  • Ownership of insights into TI and Line of Business initiative demands.

  • Drive workflow automation and streamline process to provide insightful.

  • Tracking of PAR spend requests through relevant gates, from inception through to signature.

  • Optimize Business Office procedures and processes, including providing strong governance & controls and delivering multi-platform communications and materials; drive Enterprise-wide outcome.

  • Ownership of TI-wide Resource Management Reporting and Analysis, identify key trends & report to key stakeholders.

  • Partnering with BM colleagues on strategic projects and org wide initiatives.

What do you need to succeed?

 Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial controls and governance within a large financial institution or similar environment.  

  • Customer centric mindset.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships.

  • Focus on controls & governance.

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and proactively driving for clarity.

  • Strong influencing skills.

  • Ability to delivery under pressure.

Nice-to-have

  • IT Project Management.

  • Business Intelligence analysis tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
