JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Automation & Tooling
- Support the design and implementation of automated operational workflows to reduce manual effort (e.g. voucher distribution, order status updates, fulfilment tracking).
- Assist in building and maintaining automation solutions using tools such as Google Sheets, scripts, no‑code/low‑code platforms, or internal systems.
- Identify repetitive manual processes within Sooka Ops and propose automation or process improvement solutions.
eCommerce & Fulfilment Operations
- Support daily eCommerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Retailer.
- Assist with tracking TV Stick fulfilment end‑to‑end, from order placement to delivery confirmation.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards and trackers that provide visibility into order volumes, fulfilment status, and exceptions.
- Support platform onboarding and post‑launch stabilisation through structured tracking and data validation.
Voucher & Campaign Operations
- Support operational execution of voucher-based offerings, including setup, distribution logic, and tracking.
- Assist in developing automated voucher distribution and validation flows to reduce manual handling.
- Monitor voucher usage, redemption issues, and exceptions, and maintain clear operational records.
Ticketing, Issue Tracking & Ops Analytics
- Support ticket-based operational issue tracking, including classification, data collection, and follow‑ups.
- Help analyse recurring issues to identify opportunities for process fixes or automation.
- Maintain structured issue logs and basic operational analytics to support decision-making.
Content & Live Operations Support
- Assist with Google Vita tagging, updates, and scheduling, aligned with live sports calendars.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of tagging during high‑volume or time‑sensitive events (including weekends or late fixtures when required).
- Support process improvements to make content operations more efficient and less manual.
Documentation & Process Enablement
- Maintain and update operations documentation, SOPs, and internal guides.
- Support standardisation of workflows to ensure processes are scalable and repeatable.
- Assist in communicating operational changes or improvements across teams.
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong interest in process automation, ops tech, or data-driven operations
- Comfortable working with structured data, systems, and multi-step workflows
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, basic dashboards)
- Familiarity with automation or productivity tools (e.g. Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, Looker Studio, Power BI – any exposure is a plus)
- Logical and detail-oriented; able to break down messy manual processes into clear steps
- Good written communication for documenting processes and explaining workflows
- Proactive mindset with willingness to improve “how things work,” not just execute
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic scripting or SQL knowledge
- Experience building simple dashboards or automation prototypes
- Exposure to eCommerce, fulfilment, or customer operations
- Interest in digital products, streaming platforms, or content operations
