The Role
We are seeking an experienced cross-functional operations leader to lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives as part of the Transformation Office. This role combines people leadership with ownership of complex, cross-functional programs that translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

You have a passion for improving business performance. You enjoy working with numbers but also understand the broader business context around them. You have experience with enterprise technology, business operations or GTM functions and are committed to finding solutions that meet the needs of the business, drive alignment, productivity, and effectiveness.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support strategic initiatives focused on revenue acceleration, profitability improvement, products and solution offerings, integrated business scaling, and value realization across a highly matrixed, global organization.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs aligned to enterprise strategy and long-term business objectives
  • Design and lead the cadence of governance meetings to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and enable action and ownership
  • Drive enterprise-wide profitability initiatives by leading programs that enhance AI-enabled operating efficiencies and business outcomes
  • Drive revenue growth programs collaborating with sales and partner operations and GTM leadership
  • Support launching of enterprise storage, hybrid cloud and AI products and solution portfolio offerings through disciplined program planning and execution.
  • Develop, define, and manage end-to-end program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
  • Support execution in a highly matrixed environment across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Support, and Services
  • Proactively identify risks and interdependencies; develop mitigation plans; and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Ensure programs are executed efficiently and effectively through clear structure, cadence, accountability and decision-making frameworks
  • Support executive leadership in setting organizational goals and KPIs and enable measurement and reporting of the KPIs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or associated fields
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage change with executives across functions
  • Proven ability to bring alignment, negotiate and influence stakeholders, to drive projects to completion
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail. Proven experience designing and implementing processes that scale
  • Exceptional communications skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Deep analytic skills, the ability to home in on key data, derive and communicate insights
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and change in fast-paced environments

Nice-to-have

  • MBA from a top-tier school, or experience at a top strategy consulting firm
  • Experience supporting large scale enterprise transformation, operational improvement, or strategic initiatives
  • Exposure to hybrid cloud data storage, AI value chain, data platforms, or large-scale technology programs

As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $180K to $210K. The expected on-target earnings for this position is: $216K to $265K

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara’s bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
