Job Description
What is the opportunity?
This role leads RBC's sourcing strategy and execution across the enterprise. You will build and manage a high-performing team of sourcing professionals who partner with business units to understand their needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and negotiate supplier agreements that deliver cost savings and sustainable value.
Your core responsibilities are to align sourcing initiatives with strategic category plans, optimize total value from RBC's supplier base, and ensure reliable, cost-effective supply chain execution. You will lead relationships with both internal clients and key suppliers, translating business requirements into clear sourcing roadmaps and managing negotiations across deals of varying complexity and risk.
This is a critical leadership role that bridges strategy and execution ensuring business units receive dedicated support while suppliers deliver solutions that meet operational and financial targets.
