The Director of Relationship Management is a tactical leader focused on the execution of the partnership strategy and the day-to-day management of stakeholder interactions. This role bridges the gap between GPN’s operational needs and CUP Data’s corporate requirements, ensuring excellence in service delivery and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Contribute to the formulation of strategic recommendations for China and CUP Data, providing ground-level insights to GPN leadership.
Relationship Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for maintaining dialogue with CUP and other shareholders, fostering a collaborative partnership environment.
Board Support: Assist in managing board relationships and serve as a key liaison between CUP Data management and GPN leadership.
Meeting Management: Work directly with CUP Data to prepare comprehensive board meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
Data & Financial Analysis: Compile and analyze financial information from CUP Data, providing necessary reports for board directors and the finance department.
Client Engagement: Assist CUP Data during client meetings, leveraging GPN’s global expertise to address local client needs and pain points.
Governance Support: Regularly review and assist in the optimization of internal corporate governance documents to improve process efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
Experience: Over 7 years of client management and leadership experience in institutional financial markets or the payments industry.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical business actions.
Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage complex RFPs and negotiations.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance, quality management, and the financial regulatory landscape in China.
