The Position

Roche is seeking a dedicated Calibration Supervisor to lead our calibration and quality assurance teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement, oversee calibration processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards—all while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

As a Calibration Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supervising calibration activities, developing test methods, supporting validation projects, and managing instrumentation software. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, collaborate across departments, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Roche’s quality systems. Your leadership will empower our organization to deliver reliable data and maintain trust with our customers and regulators.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee calibration, inspection, and validation activities to ensure compliance with company standards, quality assurance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Develop and implement training programs for calibration and inspection teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs, drawings, schematics, and quality standards.

  • Lead the development and validation of new calibration test methods, including process design, fixture creation, and documentation.

  • Manage non-conformance reporting, investigations, and closure within the Asset Management System, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in audit preparations and interactions, providing necessary documentation and expertise during external and internal reviews.

  • Drive the implementation of calibration and validation strategies aligned with organizational policies, fostering a culture committed to quality, compliance, and customer focus.

  • Develop KPIs and monitoring tools to optimize operational performance, ensure real-time data availability, and support decision-making.

Who You Are

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in calibration, quality management, or a related area.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively collaborate across teams.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $71,300 - $132,300.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
