Define and execute regional purchasing strategies aligned with global objectives
Drive cost effectiveness, sourcing excellence, and supplier performance
Lead and develop a high-performing regional purchasing organization
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions and with key suppliers
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement at a senior level
Proven leadership experience within a global or matrix organization
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a complex and international environment
