Director, Programmatic B2B

We are looking for a Director, Programmatic to oversee day-to-day operations and manage the programmatic buying division of multiple B2B clients! You will also help with the management and development of managers and coordinators in the department. You’ll install best-in-class operational practices tailored to B2B buying cycles, enterprise-level audience segmentation, and multi-stakeholder decision journeys. You’ll also contribute to business development efforts, helping win new B2B clients through thought leadership and pitch participation. The Director is expected to be pivotal in the onboarding of new advertisers and recovering good standing with difficult accounts. The role includes internal and external Programmatic education on Capabilities and New Ad Tech Tools. 

You’ll be responsible for owning the business relationship with your client(s), agency, and team, in addition to ensuring the successful delivery of programmatic campaigns. In the role, you will be fostering strong relationships with respective digital agency counterparts, clients and external partners. In addition, you will be expected to be the team’s source of expertise and point of escalation for all aspects of a campaign’s execution including implementation, optimization and inventory and audience strategy.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $120,000- $140,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.

This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
