Here is what you need to know about the job:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on leader to direct print and color concepts across multiple licensed brands, spanning women’s ready-to-wear, swim, and outerwear.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute print and color direction across 4-5 brands quarterly, adhering to quarterly milestone calendar across all retail channels
  • Collaborate with global CAD artists and provide direction on artwork, ensuring brand continuity.
  • Liaise with licensors for artwork approvals and feedback.
  • Guide design teams on print and color direction.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years in print and color direction, ideally in licensed brand environments or brand-direct roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Caledo is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent color sense, and versatility with various print styles.
  • Reporting to the SVP Group Head, working cross-functionally.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $125,000 – $140,000
    (Actual salary based on experience and skill level)
