Role Summary The Director, Partner Sales is an enterprise level leader responsible for driving transformation and innovation across the partner ecosystem. This role architects scalable partner strategies, leads enterprise wide collaboration, and governs performance across partner segments. The Director operates with significant strategic influence, organizational leadership, and data driven decision making to enable sustainable growth and partner led market expansion. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partner Planning • Architect strategic partner and account planning models that scale across geographies and partner segments • Ensure alignment with enterprise level sales and partner strategies Business Development & Market Expansion • Lead enterprise wide partner innovation and market expansion initiatives • Collaborate with senior leaders to unlock new growth opportunities through the partner ecosystem Performance Management & Governance • Oversee performance governance across partner ecosystems • Drive strategic interventions, executive level reviews, and continuous optimization Cross Functional Collaboration • Champion enterprise wide collaboration to deliver unified partner and sales experiences • Align internal functions to support cohesive execution across the partner lifecycle Partner Engagement & Enablement • Set enterprise goals for account and territory based partner business • Ensure partner management teams are equipped to drive transformation and scalable growth Leadership & Organizational Enablement • Own pipeline strategy and forecasting integrity across the partner organization • Enable data driven decision making and long range planning Skills & Core Competencies • Enterprise Strategy Translation: Converts global strategy into actionable regional and functional plans • Organizational Leadership: Leads across functions and disciplines while driving multi year initiatives • Change Leadership: Identifies and executes transformation efforts across the partner ecosystem • Data Driven Decision Making: Leverages analytics to guide strategic interventions and performance optimization • Executive Influence: Shapes enterprise wide partner strategy through persuasive storytelling and strategic communication Collaboration & Operating Model • Champion enterprise wide collaboration to deliver seamless partner experiences across all touchpoints • Lead functional integration across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations in support of partner ecosystem goals • Drive synchronized execution of transformation initiatives across multiple business units Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in partner sales, enterprise sales, channel management, or related go to market leadership roles • 5+ years of people or organizational leadership experience, including leading senior managers or large, matrixed teams • Proven experience driving enterprise level partner strategy, performance governance, and transformation initiatives • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with executive level stakeholders across functions • Strong analytical and business acumen with experience using data to guide strategic decisions Preferred Qualifications • 12–15+ years of experience in global or enterprise partner led go to market environments • Experience leading multi region or global partner ecosystems • Background in large scale sales or partner transformation initiatives • Experience operating in highly matrixed, enterprise organizations • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred RS27
