We’re serving up more than beds and breakfast — we’re bringing bold energy to Music City with 130 rooms, 2 vibing event spaces, a lobby bar that doesn’t sleep, plus connected residences and retail that keep the whole block buzzing.  This is where guests come to stay and play.


We’re on the hunt for a sales leader who knows how to turn curiosity into committed bookings — someone who can spot real potential and close the deal. You’ll drive group business, events, and partnerships that pack rooms and fill the bar. If you’ve built strong group and event business from scratch, know how to keep a pipeline hot, and enjoy the chase — let’s talk.
What You'll Do:
- Sell group room nights, events, and corporate bookings
- Own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to signed contract
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local/regional companies, travel planners, wedding groups, and master other network opportunities
- Work closely with the General Manager and Operations Team to keep energy — and revenue — high
- Represent the Moxy brand with energy — whether it’s a site tour, a neighborhood event, industry function, or collaborating with our apartment and retail neighbors on crossover opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- At least 3 years in a sales role – even better if you’ve been in and around the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in lead generation, conversion, and account maintenance with highly satisfied clients
- Comfort managing nimble teams and big targets

Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours based on client and event needs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Cool under pressure, quick with creative solutions

Your Role Includes:
- Keeping 130 rooms and 2 vibrant meeting spaces full with the right mix of leisure, corporate, and group business
- Creating unique packages and offers that reflect our location and vibe
- Being on-site and involved — not just behind a laptop
- Collaborating with all departments to ensure seamless hand-offs from sales to ops
- Staying connected to what’s happening in Nashville — from conventions to concerts
