Job Responsibilities:

Manage the administration and related data analysis of merit and short- and long-term incentive programs Prepare and deploy communications for compensation programs Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis, and gathering internal/external pay data for off-cycle market adjustments, promotions and new hire offers Analyze salary data and developing / maintaining pay structures Prepare analyses and reports to support the HR Business Partners and senior leaders Provide support to HR Business Partners on compensation matters and processes Manage, participate in and/or support corporate-wide processes noted above May manage salary survey management system activities such as the annual year-over-year updates, pricing governance, reporting capability and development, employee data updates Handle M&A due diligence analyses and post-integration activities Partner with other HR functions (e.g. HRIS, HR Solutions, Talent Acquisition, et al) on a variety of compensation processes and related inquiries May handle ad hoc projects, and other related duties as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance a plus
  • 8+ years’ experience in Broad-based Compensation required

Skills/Competencies:

  • Consultative nature with strong attention to detail and ability to tell the story
  • Strong project management skills with a  sense of urgency
  • Executive presence with an ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of compensation practices, programs, and processes, with experience pricing tech jobs a plus
  • Building strong relationships with key customers in a consultative and collaborative style
  • Developing an understanding of the business and delivering quality services and products

Requirements:

  • Compensation experience in a technology company preferred; FinTech experience a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Workday and/or Payfactors a plus, but not required
  • Experience in a mid to large size company with matrixed reporting helpful

Salary range $165,000.00- $185,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
