The PCAI LATAM team is a pivotal area for the Operating Unit, responsible for creating and executing the finance strategy around planning and insights to drive growth and profitability. This team develops and executes the PCAI agenda across the OU, aligns annual and longrange planning (LRP), delivers enterprisegrade insights, and partners across Finance, Commercial, Strategy, and OU leadership to maximize system value.
The Director, Business Analytics, LATAM will lead scenario planning and advanced analytics, oversee performance, facilitate crossfunctional alignment, and champion datadriven decisionmaking. The role applies a systemwide lens to identify patterns and growth drivers, partner with zones, and translate insights into clear, executiveready narratives that influence strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do for Us
Business Analytics & Storytelling
- Analyze and synthesize financial, transactional, macroeconomic, commercial, and industry data to identify patterns and create executiveready presentations that convey system performance and business insights for senior leadership.
- Interpret business priorities and macro/industry trends, assessing their implications for the system P&L and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Translate data and insights into logical, clear, and compelling narratives that drive business decisions and support conversations at the OU and global levels.
Priorities & Growth Drivers
- Identify topperforming initiatives across LATAM and partner with zones to uncover growth drivers, success factors, and replicable playbooks for enterprise scaling.
- Synthesize business data and performance patterns to inform leadership reviews, commercial strategies, and crossmarket learning agendas.
- Conduct adhoc analyses and scenario planning to assess business, macro, and consumer trends; quantify risks and opportunities; and guide strategic options for the OU.
CrossFunctional Liaison
- Act as a liaison between Strategy and Finance teams to ensure alignment during financial routines and enhance crossfunctional collaboration, providing analytic coherency, highquality routines, and consistent insights across the organization.
- Provide financial and business recommendations that support executive decision-making and guide enterpriselevel strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance franchise, commercial finance, FP&A, RGM/Pricing/Strategy, LATAM experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute planning and insights strategies, manage complex forecasts, and run multiscenario analyses.
- Proficiency with Power BI and enterprise planning/reporting tools; strong Excel financial modeling; experience with SQL/Python a plus.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, promotions, and value creation levers; comfort with macroeconomic interpretation and industry trend assessment.
- Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence decisions at senior levels.
- Highly analytical, organized, and collaborative; thrives in fastpaced, multipriority environments.
- Language: Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
