The Digital Service Sales Manager is a frontline seller focused on driving digital service growth within medium‑sized customer accounts. The role is responsible for positioning technically complex solutions and a broad portfolio of digital service offerings. This position builds strong customer relationships at the manager and director levels, gaining a clear understanding of customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. The role includes moderate flexibility in pricing and margins, within defined business parameters.

This position manages and supports assigned customer accounts within a defined territory and is responsible for achieving standard sales targets and quotas. A university degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital services, solution sales, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for digital service solutions within assigned medium‑sized accounts.
  • Identify customer needs, propose solutions, and negotiate within established pricing frameworks.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at the manager/director level.
  • Drive account development, retention, and expansion strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate internally with technical, service delivery, and product teams to develop and deliver customer proposals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution support.
  • Adhere to all company policies, commercial guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, digital services, or technology-led solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience selling technical, software, or data-driven solutions preferred.
  • Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, building systems, IoT, analytics, or service solutions is a plus.
