Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to join our team in Derby.

Reporting into the VP Digital Strategy, you will define the strategy, build the roadmap, and facilitate the delivery of the enterprise architecture supporting our Engineering & Business teams.  Specifically, you will manage the vision, roadmap and delivery oversight of our analytical capabilities that support fleet condition, life, and customer sales.  This will include liaising with business owners, users, development teams, and the wider digital product management team to ensure we have effective and efficient systems in place to orchestrate our aftermarket business.

You will be a recognised leader in the business, working closely with both business and IT leadership layers and able to influence at all levels, working within a team of Product Managers to ensure business outcomes are met.  The role is highly numerate and will require understanding and communication of analytical concepts.

What you will be doing:

You will identify new capabilities across the business to ensure maximum benefit is achieved from IT’s delivery capacity.

  • Drive a strategic agenda to maximise return on investment through our enterprise products and lead and organise business requirement workshops.
  • Provide business analysis throughout the whole change life cycle - requirements gathering, requirements analysis, writing functional specifications, development support and testing through to implementation and measuring business improvements.
  • Work in close partnership with IT to ensure all changes are effectively scoped, analysed and delivered to achieve the best return on investment.
  • Be recognised as the expert in our fleet management solutions and provide guidance and support to the global user base.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • Strong requirements and business analysis experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial experience.
  • Experience with process improvement and workshop facilitation.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
